The Ultimate List of Kitchen Tools For Healthy Cooking
This topic has been in the works for a long time since it is based on a frequently requested question. What are your favorite kitchen tools? Because I’m a healthy foodie and a health food blogger, I thought it would be best to focus on my favorite and most necessary kitchen items for healthy dining.
Convenience is undoubtedly one of the keys to maintaining a healthy diet. These are the kitchen tools that I believe would make eating healthily much more difficult if I did not have any of them. In this article, find the ultimate list of kitchen tools for healthy cooking.
Excellent Nonstick Cookware
This is a no-brainer, but I couldn’t compile this list without including it. We adore our Calphalon Contemporary Set, and I believe that investing in a great pot set or even just one pan will encourage you to cook at home much more, which means you’ll have more control over what’s in your food because food won’t stick to it, there won’t be a huge scratchy mess to clean up, and your entire cooking process will flow much better.
Spiralizer
A spiralizer is one of the most innovative culinary appliances ever created. Do you enjoy pasta? I do. Making curly spaghetti noodles from any vegetable? Sign me up right away. This entails finding terrific healthier and/or low carb noodles to replace conventional spaghetti. So you’ll not only be pleased, but you’ll also get to prepare some really cool-looking cuisine.
High-powered blender
This is another must-have culinary gadget. Personally, I believe you could replace the NutriBullet with a high-speed blender, such as a Vitamix, because it mixes things so well. I use my NutriBullet every day for smoothies, and the first time I prepared a kale smoothie in it, it was the smoothest kale I’d ever had. It’s also fantastic for producing handmade flours, and I use it all the time to produce oat flour.
Food Preparation Machine
I couldn’t live a single day without my food processor. I use it on a daily basis. A food processor has several applications and is the ultimate convenient healthy eating tool. A food processor is incredibly versatile because you can use it for something as simple as cutting up veggies for a meal. I did that when I needed to cut up 4 onions, make my own nut butters, make pesto’s, hummus, chop nuts, make amazing homemade ice cream, make dressing, and the list goes on.
Knife
So, I don’t generally advocate a certain brand, but I’ve gone through large numbers of knives, and none of them compare to this Wusthof Knife. Wusthof provided it to me, and I actually gave one away a long back, and it really transformed my life. I recall slicing into a red potato like butter.
Colander
I didn’t realize how useful a colander was until I moved out on my own and Mr. and I went three months without one. The hardest three months every time we needed to drain water from pasta, steam vegetables, or wash vegetables, and I had no idea how many vegetables and fruits I washed till then.
